Who's to say they have sexual feeling for each other right now? I imagine if they got together it would be because Jon wants to be Warden of the North or Sansa thinks he's the man for the job and offers herself in marriage. Sexual feelings would come later, if they come with great enthusiasm at all. As I've said a billion times now, communication is not their strong suit and very often you need to talk to your pattern to have good sex.

A lot of people ship things for the conflict and growing pains of getting to know each other, so that does make sense.
