I'm just amazed how discussion of bl seems to be about the absolute bottom of the barrel, every single time. Maiden rose? Viewfinder? Anything is basically high sophisticated art compared to those, but since you asked, here's few of my favourites:

NAYRT To be fair, Viewfinder was (is?) officially translated in English, which might've made it more accessible to certain BL fans and, even if you think it's bottom of the barrel, it's still fairly popular. Maiden Rose also got the OVA treatment, which is sometimes more accessible than manga.
