It could be. That was kind of why I specified 'basic generic', though. Something like ibuprofen or acetaminophen or basic allergy relief or sleeping pills, I haven't found a huge difference. From what I know, birth control is finicky enough in general, so it could be that there's some minor change in your case, I don't know (or it could have been completely unrelated, who knows)
