I generally feel good about where I am. I have certainly managed to meet a couple of wishes I'd always wanted (currently living in Hawaii for work, for example).

I have started wondering what I'm going to do 'next' though, you know?

That's cool. Hawaii is beautiful (I'm going to be there for a short visit in the fall, actually!)
Planning for the next big thing can be exciting too, though.
In my case, I've got a pretty clear trajectory, but it's still kind of terrifying.
