I follow Angels pitcher Andrew Heaney (heandog8) on instagram. He's been away from the field, rehabbing from Tommy John surgery for the past year, and documenting his progress every day until he gets back (barring any setbacks, September is projected). It's actually really interesting, and I may or may not be following the medical timeline closely to appropriate for something I'm writing. Also: his doggo.
