Is this the "gunslinger" movie? I saw the preview, can confirm, it looks dumb as fuck. I can take a little cheese in my fantasy/scifi but the dialogue was embarrassing. If that's the best they got... yikes.

That's nice of you to go with your sister. I want to see it too because I like the books, but I'm gonna go by myself because everyone I know thinks it looks stupid.

I'm going with my sister too! Except we're both actually hyped. Still I've done things in the past for her or her for me that weren't exactly up our alley. Couldn't you just consider it getting to spend time with her and enjoy it for her company? If you look at it that way instead of focusing on the movie it might be a lot easier to find ways to have fun.
