Have the parents allocated any sort of budget to you/are you able to talk about it with them?

Crafts/art is one thing that you can do, and could conceivably be spread across those ages. It honestly all depends on what the kids are into as well. If you have one sport nut and two not, it's going to be harder to convince them to all participate in the same activity.
