Truth is, I'm never going to find an older person hot specifically for their looks. Because there will always be hundreds of younger people who are, physically speaking, hotter. That's the nature of youth.

That said, I've had crushes on a few older characters because they had other traits I found attractive.

As far as good looking older people go, Timothy Dalton in Penny Dreadful springs to mind. He's 71, and he was a bit of a gilf in that role, not gonna lie.

Robert Carlyle (not as Begbie), Jason Isaacs (not as Lucius Malfoy), Alan Rickman (RIP), Jeremy Irons, Ian McKellan, I'd say Patrick Stewart but that's more that he's in great shape than anything--and I don't watch Doctor Who but Capaldi as the Doctor looks great to me.
