Yes, because you shouldn't use bitch. If you said Nicole Kidman's face screamed soulless, I'd agree with you (she seems like an okay person, but her face doesn't move and it freaks me out). If you picked an actress at random and called them a jerk, you wouldn't be crucified (well, depends a little on who it is, like Oprah or someone else a lot people really like would do it) but, yes, you would generally get more push back than if it was a guy.
