Collectors and Reapers in Mass Effect because they are evil assholes.

Volus just because they sound gross.

I'm indifferent towards the Reapers, but the Collectors grated on me so much. I did a solo run on Insane which took many, many reloads, and hearing "ASSHUMING DIRECHT CONTROLLL" every 5 seconds made me want to die.
