NAYRT but this response is awfully defensive when AYRT was merely asking if we're supposed to blackball someone forever when in this instance it seems like there's no concrete evidence that he was abusive in that case, nor that it's happened since then.

Fair enough, but whenever someone starts up about "statue of limitations" for when a celebrity's past history should be forgotten, it's usually with the implication that other people are somehow holding that celebrity's actions against them for too long.
