I guess my picture selection was really bad. I thought my wording made clear what I meant, but I guess not.

I meant the existence of the Toglafane at all. The episode undid the paradox of humanity coming back to wipe itself out. It did not undue the fact that the Toglafane was humanity's future. That's what I want to undue. Their existence at all. If humanity is going to have an end in the Whoniverse, I want it to be less depressing.

Don't worry, I understood your secret, it was a good picture's choice. The people that attacked you were so eager to feel superior or to vent out some of their anger that they didn't take the time to consider the different possible meanings of your secret. That's lazy thinking. And I agree, I really don't want the toclafane to be the future of humanity. I honestly find them to be the most chilling vilain of Doctor Who (maybe the only one that actually frightened me) for this reason alone. "The darkness, the never ending darkness" brrrrrrr !

Yeah, I think it's okay and this doesn't actually happen.

I agree that it's AWFUL. The toclafane are horrifying.
