Yeah, the Sixth Sense is one of my favorite movies because knowing about the twist adds so much depth to the rest of the movie. (Though I've rewatched it again and again just for Toni Collette's performance, too.)

I mean, just think of the scene where Cole and Dr. Malcolm first meet at Cole's house. At first watch it's his mom and a psychologist waiting for him to come home so he can meet this new doctor and get help. On second watch it's his mom sitting alone in tense worried silence for him to come home. Knowing the twist makes things better.
