Evidence? Not in the series, no. But going by the tropes normally seen in the lovable loser anime protagonist, that entire bit about his skating career being a result of never getting over his first love who he is still pining for in episode one, and the way he flips out about Victor's Hilariously Inappropriate Anime Foreigner schpiel...

I'm pretty confident in my ability to tell the difference between subversion and irony, and when the show plays every other story point and genre cliche completely straight, there's no reason for this one single part to be something else than what the context says it is.

tbh I don't think there's much evidence that he's NOT a virgin either. I mean, off the top of my head, nothing comes to mind. It could really go either way and I choose "virgin!Yuuri with dating sim and hentai collection" as my second fave Yuuri headcanon.
