137 - I think the saddest thing about this picture is I'm going "Dreads don't work that way". You'll have to excuse me, it's my anime hair fetish that's preventing me from thinking about anything else.

144 - I named my daughter after a Batman character. *shrugs* People do these things, have been doing so for years -- it doesn't mean that fandom (or whatever) has too much of a hold on their lives, at least not for everyone. Sometimes people simply like the name (as was my case - I don't even like the character, but I liked the name).

154 - I'm the same way! Outside of family gatherings and hooking up with friends I haven't seen in awhile, I chill out at home writing or reading -- by choice.

160 - Well I see a resemblance, but as far as I know that Lex Luthor wasn't intended to be black/mixed, just darkly shaded. Still, that Lex was awesome, and so is Obama.

166 - I was upset when Snape died too, but you're taking it a tid too far... Besides, there's always AU fics that you can read/write (good luck sorting through the badfic to find the good, however -- and if you write badfic, for the love of Snape consider keeping it on your computer for your eyes only, okay? /joke... I think)

That's actually an older Bale movie called 'The Machinist.' Supremely excellent film, one I'd highly recommend, especially if you've got an eclectic taste in movies. He lost a terrifying number of pounds for that role, and the scene with a shot of his body sans shirt is just disturbing. O_o

yea, the AU badfic are are atrocious... hell the badfic in general AU or not makes my eyes burn... and I'm hoping the fics I posted on the net arent badfic... they got good replies and none bad... and they're only short so no long term pain for people! :D
