What is the worst reaction you've seen to a decision?

Could be a company, famous person, or just someone you know?

That time the Fine Brothers tried to copyright React videos and make a network. They eventually changed their channel name to FBE, I assume to get away from the bad publicity.

Not sure if this is what you're going for, but Magic: The Gathering's decision not to ban Felidar Guardian from Standard.

Backstory: MTG is obviously a competitive fantasy CCG, Standard is the main competitive format. Felidar Guardian is a card that was used in an extremely stupid combo deck that was dominant and format-warping, to the point where you were basically forced to either play Guardian or a deck that was solely designed to beat Guardian. At their scheduled ban announcement, they announced no bans in Standard, and everyone thought it was a terrible move. Everyone. It was universally, almost unanimously panned and disagreed with by the entire community.

So much so that 2 days later, they announced that they were going to ban it after all. Which NEVER HAPPENS. They never, ever, ever, ever do emergency bans - it was only the second time in the history of the game that they banned something outside of the normal ban window. And they came up with some justifications outside of public pressure but honestly, it was one of the most overwhelmingly obvious and popular decisions they've ever made.

Amaz*n Dot Com's decisions to reward the scammers in Kindle Unlimited while cracking down on legit authors in nuisance ways. (Not me, but I've seen too much to believe it's an accident anymore.)
