125. You DO know there's a large contingent of the HP fandom that feels EXACTLY the way you do over the EXACT same minor character, right?

140. My love for science was definitely borne out of Bill Nye, Science Guy. They had science-themed music videos at the end of each episode and I taped and CATALOGED them. PBS is ♥.

...I guess so. I just can't think of any way to introduce myself into a HP community (general meaning of community, not necessarily LJ-community) that doesn't start off with "Hi, I'm a fan of X character, but only this FANDOM VERSION of X character, because I think the author was totally DOING IT WRONG!" without sounding... well, you know. Snapewives-ish.

I really don't think anyone would think that of you. There are a lot of us who feel that way, and most of us are largely sane! Come over to remusxsirius, it's lovely and friendly and wank-free over there, and there are some great fics and artworks by all sorts of talented people.

You're welcome to friend me, too, although this journal is mostly for RL ramblings - my fandom stuff is all over at rosie_writes.
