Sometimes you just have to take care of yourself first. Some media/characters trigger negative connotations. Maybe you'll come back to it, maybe not.

I really enjoyed the series but it's not something I can re-watch, it's a bit too heavy for me for that tbh. Still good though, but yeah, it's a one and done kinda thing for me.

Seconding suggestion for The Defenders. It's much lighter in tone and only briefly touches upon the events of Jessica Jones, so it might not set you off in the same way.

I have a similar reaction to it. I love Jessica Jones but I have to be in a pretty good place to watch it. If I'm not in a great headspace, much as I enjoyed it, it's at least temporarily off the cards.

I hope things improve for you, OP. Not just so you can enjoy a JJ rewatch.
