I am really shitty at remembering people's birthdays. My son is even worse and only wishes me a happy birthday because Facebook reminds him. Granted, this person is on Facebook and if she knows a dog's birthday it seems like she may be better at remembering them than I am, but still... If you get along there may be another explanation than that she doesn't care.
