I am watching my nephew tomorrow because he has been bugging me about staying over. My sister and I are also going to attempt to make homemade patty melts and potato wedges for dinner. No idea what to do about dessert. Other than that, lots of OW because I still don't have the skins I want.

What about you all?

Hurricane coming in here, plus I have a migraine. So probably a whole lot of nothing. Going to watch some Youtube videos, some Doctor Who, and maybe some Lois and Clark because the secrets have put me in the mood.

Be careful with the hurricane. I guess it is a bit worse than predicted? Have fun relaxing otherwise.

Foster cat anon here! My last foster went to go work full time at the cat cafe until he gets adopted, so I recently had to tearfully wave him off as I dropped him off to meet his new kitty colleagues. But I will be temporarily fostering a new girl starting tomorrow, who just needs a place for about a week. I'm excited! My apartment feels so empty now with the other kitty gone.

That sounds like so much fun. That is a great way to help out animals. How long do they say you will usually have to foster a cat?

Getting some new workout shoes, having chirashi sushi, going to my favorite boba tea place.

That sounds like an awesome weekend, enjoy! My mother threw my huge Lego stash away when I was younger and I still have half a mind to trawl Ebay and rebuild it (no pun intended)

I've got a job interview on Saturday (just retail but please let me get it I need money), and on Sunday I'm joining my friends' Call of Cthulhu campaign (never played this rag before but I like my character so hopefully it goes well)

I live in texas and a lot of storms are predicted cause of the hurricane. I have astraphobia and have been having anxiety attacks and been unable to eat at the thought of it so I am mostly predicting more of the same when it actually happens. Also my phone broke so I guess I will be replacing that if I can.

(My work will probably still make us come in despite the flood warnings so I am also dreading that, idk how I will function at work with all this going on)

I'm sorry! How far inland are you? I know it is supposed to be some pretty heavy rain but hopefully it will be less than they are predicting.

My original plan was to cook and clean but my back is bothering me so I think I'm just going to clean. So mostly I'm going to watch TV - possibly finish watching The Leftovers and get caught up with Made in Abyss.

Sunday I have an appointment to get some work done on my tattoo which didn't come out too great. For some reason I am really tense about that so I'll be glad when it's over with.

I hope relaxing helps your back. Are you going to a different artist to get the tattoo fixed?

The Equestrian European Championship is on right now, so I'll head over to Göteborg to watch the four-in-hand marathon. After that, I'm planning to see that Ardenner horse ( heavy draft breed) that does intermediate dressage.
