Never seen the ENT one, but I don't know if we can have regular real world informed consent discussions when it comes to that situation. If it were a fanfic, I'd definitely label it dub or even noncon just to cover myself. I think, however, normal Pon Farr is assumed consensual since Vulcans know it's a thing they must go through and their partners, I assume, consent as well. That's the point of their ritual, I think? I'm not up on Vulcan society or anything. But, artificially induced would definitely be noncon (maybe dubcon, but more likely noncon).
