More bad practice than bad advice

I used to work in care and some colleagues had a really backwards/generally lazy approach to stuff. Just such a bad focus on getting stuff done quickly rather than properly. Like, pads are not a replacement for toileting, Sudocrem is not going to help a skin ulcer the size of my hand, and yes, she will notice/care if you dress her in someone else's clothes because you were too fucking lazy to fetch her own from the laundry. Best decision I ever made was leaving. I have a lot of respect for carers who do their job well but it makes me so sad that we're often outnumbered by people whose hearts aren't in it.
