And also people who wwork in a hard labour industry. My dad was a carpenter - a house-builder. He worked damn hard and was only really forced to retire due to bad muscle strain to his shoulders a few years ago. When he was doing a full day's work he'd have an early breakfast before he headed to work, and also take a packed morning tea that was basically a whole loaf of bread made into sandwiches. That was practically Second Breakfast. Then a smoko (Elevenses) and lunch, afternoon tea. Now he did get off work around 3PM though, and I don't really recall us having a supper, so all there was was just dinner.
