I was trying to be polite before, but... nah. That top pic is really not representative of what most people look like when they're walking. If you like the art/artists, then cool! I just thought it looked awkward.

What's jarring is that if you take the two halves of her body by themselves, they work, but together it seems like they used a reference at two different angles
