I agree, more discussion and 2B femdom would be good.

While it sold well and got critical acclaim, most of the attention it gets is in the gaming sphere, not the fandom sphere. The average gamer will love and praise a game, but without necessarily producing fan content and getting involved in a fandom community. I've found some fairly active blogs on tumblr, mostly fanart but with some nice meta and discussion. There definitely should be more fics though, there's so much potential to explore.

It's just if you're wanting a fanfic/tumblr-style fandom, the game itself isn't that conductive to it in the first place. Up front it looks like a fanservice game and the people who focus on the fanservice aspect are very loud and more noticable than the people who praise it for story and gameplay related reasons, which will scare many potential fans away. The main female characters are very fanservicey in a male-gaze way and that's going to put a lot of people off (and has likely caused discourse, further driving potential fans away). You only really have 4 male characters: one isn't even humanoid, two are antagonists, and the last might look a bit too young for people to ship (not that any of this bothers me, I ship them all anyway). There's some slashy interaction, but it's definitely secondary to the focus between the male and female lead, so it's not going to attract the typical slash shipping fandom. And then you have the fact that there are 5 endings and the second half of the plot is locked behind playing through the first half twice with different characters, and not everyone has the patience for that. I love the game and also wish the fandom was larger, but there are lots of reason that the fandom isn't that huge.
