I thought season 11 was really strong, but I don't disagree with this assessment for season 12 at all.

Agreed. The show could have easily ended on 11, too. 12 is pretty directionless.

It's been years since I last watched it for the plot too. I just tune in because it's familiar.

I never end up watching past season 6 when I rewatch. I plan on continuing, but then I just stick with what I enjoy. This time I'm going to try to keep going, but we'll see if it actually happens.

You can skip right to season 10 if you want. It's pretty good, and sets a lot up for season 11, which is amazing.

I want it to end so we can get Jensen on the big screen. I also feel bad for them. They've got to be sick of it by now.
