That right now driving is an anxiety trigger for me and I should probably figure out some way to deal with that until the meds the doctor gave me start working.

I can relate to that really well. I don't have any really good advice because I have decided to live without driving, which is a pain in Los Angeles. But I encourage you not to give up like I did. I hope the meds help.

Oh, I'm not going to give up driving. I can't. I'm just in a bad anxiety cycle right now, and lots of things are triggering panic attacks. My doc gave me a new med to try, but it takes a few weeks to build up in my system. I have a short-term One I can take, but I can't drive on that because it makes me woozy.
