None of mine are remotely even pretending (unless you count the Jared & Jensen show at conventions), and I *still* don't care. Not like i'm writing about 'Jensen from Texas who has a girlfriend Daneel.....' blah blah.

I just like to attach their pretty faces to my fic. :)

I have no problem with RPF ships in general, I'm just amused by how easy it is to ship mine. Generally RPF writers are pretty clear that they are writing heavily fictionalized versions of the "real people."

Yeah, that's always fun. Even though they do the 'no homo' in cannon as often as possible, i think a lot of mine are actually pretty damn shippy. I mean - Sheppard and McKay (Stargate), Steve and Danny (H5O), those two guys from Fast & Furious before the one actor died, Buffy and Faith, Spike and Angel, Rizzoli and Isles, heh, Steve and Bucky.....

They're just not fooling anybody, really.

It was fun to watch Jack and Ianto, and Cap'n Jack being a tart all over everybody. I dunno if i like my 'no homo' ships *more* because it tweaks the nose of the writers and producers that the chemistry between the 'manly man' leads is so very emotional and strong and practically erotic, or what....

But it's damn fun.
