I'm sorry. That's a really hard position to be in. I know it can feel like you're not doing any good but sometimes just being there for your friends is all you can do. You're doing what you can and I'm sure they appreciate it.

Hang in there. I hope things get better for you and your friends/partner. Make sure you take care of yourself too. It's easy to get burned out when people close to you are going through hard times. All the best. x
