I'm gonna agree with this. I don't do it because people get so damn weird about it. Like sometimes I can't tell if it was a cough or a sneeze and I'll bless someone, and they'll say: "Thanks, but that was a cough."

That's why I always just say "thank you". It's the thought that counts!

Besides, my coughs sound like sneezes, anyway, so I'm used to it.
