Allow me to take a moment to bask in the warm glow of someone else who's realized that Alyson Hannigan is not all that.

I got off the Alyson Hannigan love train somewhere during S6 Buffy, what with the baby talk, constant gasping, and really sub-par acting.

After Buffy, I did try to watch her in other things, but I just always saw her as the weakest link in whatever show she was in. I couldn't even get through the first few episodes of HIMYM because of her.

I NEVER liked Willow and Lily was hit or miss.

Maybe I need to watch her in other things. I loved her in Buffy. Willow is one of my favorite characters. And I loved her in HIMYM as well. Never seen American Pie or Fool Us.

Wheeeeeee! I despised Willow (more for the writing than the actor), and have never seen the other show. I've seen her in separate, single things, but yes - she is just *not that awesome*.
