Re: My co-worker is an over-sharer

As an oversharer who has talked to many other oversharers, something to the effect of "I'm not entirely comfortable talking about such personal things and knowing personal stuff about people makes me anxious" or one of the two can help.

I can't speak for all oversharers but frequently overly friendly oversharers (including myself) are people who may be awkward at conversation but really want to be friendly with people.
