We very obviously should.

Doing something to others while under the influence is not the same as having someone do something to you while you are under the influence and cannot consent. If you are not responsible enough to not drunk drive (e.g. hide/give someone your keys, don't drive to begin with, have a trusted designated driver, etc.) you should face consequences. If you rape someone while you are drunk, that says something about YOU. Alcohol is not sex pollen or an uncontrollable aphrodisiac that makes you a way that you cannot control. If you are so drunk you don't know what you are doing, you shouldn't have the capacity to rape someone. Also: Drunk people still know what 'no' means.

Dubious consent (in its entire spectrum) and No consent (in its entire spectrum) are NOT the same.
