Yeah, Bored of the Rings already used Dildo as a parody of Bilbo a few decades ago.

Though I guess it is pretty close. There's a dog in my neighborhood named Bilbo and I mentioned him to my mom one day, and she was all "WHAT is the dog's name?" cuz she thought I said Dildo.
