The other people who use it and find it useful. You're obviously not obliged, but niche use to widespread use is how words and literary techniques get popularized so most people can best understand what is truly being said. If you or ayrt point is that people can't understand what is being said because they're not familiar with it, then wouldn't the best way to remedy that is use greentexting more, not less?
