Olivia Colman is a great actress who should most definitely should be the main character in more series. Before this I only saw her cast as the mother/wife and it's great that she's getting some different roles.

But with the show itself I agree that it was a bit overhyped. I wouldn't say it was a terrible plot but it definitely wasn't as surprising as it thought it was. Then again I watch way to many detectives for anything to surprise me. Shows that attract an audience that typically don't watch detectives tend to be overhyped in the same way now I think about it. At least it wasn't Sherlock. I'm very glad that everyone accepted that Sherlock is terrible now.
