Yep. My old boss is one of those guys who looks much better with a beard than without one. He shaved it at one point and it made him look like an awkward college kid (he's in his 30s).

My partner is the exact same. He's a young-looking 32 anyway (he still gets ID'd for alcohol) and on the rare occasions that he shaves the perma-stubble off, he looks about 14.

Lies. Facial hair is ALWAYS an improvement... well, except for that weirdo cat whisperer dude with the Seneca Crane/Tim Burton swirls. That's just unfortunate.
