Roast beef Philly wrap: whole wheat tortilla smeared with a couple tablespoons of cream cheese, piled with a couple ounces roast beef, some sliced red onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. It's one of my favorites. And I had a fudgesicle for dessert.

rice with furikake and roasted cauliflower with cumin (it was delicious)

this is more ambitious than what I usually cook, sadly, but I'm working on it

tomorrow I think I'll make fish

Bluesberry Ale and chicken balls (white meat balls of chicken dipped in buffalo sauce, breaded, and fried, served with ranch dressing), along with a salad and garlic bread, at a local Utah chain. It's $3 draft night and I'm writing with beer.

We had a potluck thing with a bunch of food. I had ham, swedish meatballs, this salad with peppers; black-eyed peas; and corn, and cupcakes for dessert.

I turned my leftover cheese sauce into pancakes via application of eggs and flour. They turned out a bit "Meh" but edible with the application of barbecue sauce.
