Maybe you write better fiction when you don't overthink, over edit, or take it too seriously! Food for thought re: your writing process.

I know exactly how you feel anon.

To address the one sitting issue, have you thought about trying to write fic you care about in the same way? Dash off your story idea in one go?

I've written a number of 'oneshot inone sitting' and they do okay... not as well as the kinky filth, though.

Fandom is very self-selecting tho. Most people are here to satisfy their ids, their kinks, their needy bits. Judging your works based on kudos and comments is a fool's game.
