Don't feel bad. If you actually went to Korea, you'd have less trouble telling people apart because most people there don't fit the specific brand of look that they want in their movies. That's also why lots of people have trouble telling white actors apart. Hell, a few years ago there was an article calling out another article for racism for saying all the contestants in a Korean beauty pageant looked the same.... which then said "oh by the way, all white girls in beauty pageants look the same, so nyah nyah!" As if they hadn't just proven the original articles point. It's not racism, it's narrow beauty standards and they exist everywhere.
