Once Upon a Time. It seemed like the writers didn't have a plan beyond breaking the curse at the end of season 1, and just kept throwing more Disney characters and soap tropes at the screen, so by season 3, it had turned into a giant clusterfuck.

It should have been cancelled after season one, so everyone would remember it fondly in a "taken too soon!" kind of way, rather than going bonkers in the most boring way possible.
