I looked up "crazy kei," & it didn't help. What is this?

Different Anon, but I think it just means the more avant garde side of Japanese street fashion. Anything -kei is usually a Japanese fashion movement (visual kei, fairy kei), and Wikipedia says kei is the Japanese word for style. So crazy kei would be crazy style, weird on purpose, that kind of thing.

Now that I think about it AYRT may have meant crazy designers who do kei-type fashion, rather than designers who work in a style literally called "crazy kei".

Nayrt but I'm assuming they mean kei as in the term for (usually pretty out-there) Japanese subculture fashions like Lolita, Decora, Mori and the likes.
