Washing dishes. I don't like putting them up, but I love washing them.

I love getting my swiffer duster out and getting rid of all the cobwebs. I kinda feel bad destroying all the little spider ecosystems that've cropped up, but THAT'S MY LAMP, SPIDER. NOT YOUR LAMP.

I love everything about doing laundry. I love washing it, I love shaking everything out and shaping it to dry it, I love hanging and folding, and I even love ironing.

I also love vacuuming and have made it clear to my husband that I not only don't need but very particularly do not want a robovacuum.

Laundry. And cooking, because I found out that I'm the kind of person that likes seeing people enjoying the food I make. I just need more practice so I can feed people a greater variety of things that taste good.

Dead-heading and watering the plants on my porch.

Cooking.

Grocery shopping (it's the one kind of shopping I don't feel guilty about).

Also ironing. My housemate asked me to iron his work uniform for him tonight because neither he or my partner have ever ironed clothes. Ever. I had to explain what the different settings were/how to arrange the shirt on the board. They both stood there looking amazed/vaguely terrified and kept asking if it could ever spontaneously explode.

Cooking. Making soup is probably my favorite because there's something relaxing about stirring things into a simmering pot.
