Murder to not get caught? I'd kill someone I don't know with a knife from their house. I'd do it in the largest city near me so there are more crimes per capita.

If I was serial killer with flair? I'd murder them with ice spikes and leave ice related puns written at the crime scene. My letters to the police with end with a stamp of Mr. Freeze.

Depends.

If it was murdering a man who tried to rape me, I'd want to slit his throat. I wanna feel his death, and a gun or something distant just wouldn't do.

Run over them with a car and claim that I was blinded by the sun. I'd get off with a fine (not American btw).

It all depends on whom I am murdering! But in general, a long chokehold is pretty effective.

Invent a device that puts a song permanently stuck in their head. Pick a really obnoxious one. Wait for them to snuff themselves.

It would be very circumstance dependent. If it was a house invasion I think I might likely end up stabbing them with a blunt decorative sword. A bit less blunt if the sword I grabbed was Arwen's sword - that thing is sharp for a decorative piece.
