I would suggest that you keep very detailed records of what she's said about you. Like, you mentioned her bitching on Facebook about it in your last post? Screencap her comments. Write down dates and times. The works.

She's brought it to the police and they dismissed it. But if she keeps causing problems you need proof of what she's doing.
