tl;dr - Serial rapist killer pretends to be a kindly old man and takes some tourists (a mother and her two teenage daughters) out on his boat, ties them up, sexually assaults all three of them, then throws them in the water and leaves them to drown. Their bloated bodies were discovered floating in Tampa Bay. The youngest victim was 14. This was their first trip ever outside of their home state.

Oooh, yeah, I remember seeing that story on some true crime show-I want to say "Forensic Files" probably covered it at some point, and I think some show on the ID channel did as well.

Very tragic, horrifying case.
