(Anonymous) 2017-09-24 11:57 pm (UTC)(link)Yeah, I've heard Día de los Muertos referred to as "Mexican Halloween" the same way Cinco de Mayo is referred to as "Mexican 4th of July", which leads me to believe that the real underlying issue is "ugh, Mexicans".
