I'm pretty sure Sean hasn't had all the plastic surgery in the world, and I know he can actually pronounce English words Raquel has problems with, like "look" and "help".

How is that Raquel's fault though? Isn't it the casting director/producers' faults for choosing physical beauty over acting ability/diction? Why does she have to bear the brunt of the criticism for what is actually a critique on what an industry force feeds a society and what society accepts as a portrayal of an ideal woman?

Also, acting is cutthroat business where appearances can be everything. Many actors and actresses have come out about the pressure to get plastic surgery and their reasons to get it or not. People have been discussing the ethics of plastic surgery for decades, and I'm pretty sure the consensus on either side is that individuals shouldn't be singled out for choosing to go that route.
