Not even close to being the only one. Hormonal teenaged girl here, and although I have a great deal of fondness for 10, because he happens to have been my first Doctor, my love for 8 seriously knows no bounds. And 4 comes pretty damned close to 8, in my books. And I know lots of people in fandom and out who are completely over 10. So no. You're not nearly the only one.
