Tonight starts Yom Kippur so I'll be fasting tonight and tomorrow. I'm not so religious that I go out to pray or even stay off the internet, but I'll probably stay home all day.

Sunday I'm going to do something fun and relaxing, like maybe go to the movies if anything good is playing. I have to cut down on doing that because it costs too much but I want something fun to happen over the weekend.

I am woefully ignorant, what does the fasting consist of? I know certain religions fast for only certain times of the day (so eating at sundown).

I'll be fasting from about sunset tonight until nightfall tomorrow. No food or water. But it's only the one day, so I should be able to make it, or at least I hope I will.
